Brush pickup (Fall pickup): All tree butts must face the street and be stacked in an orderly fashion. If the brush piles are not stacked properly, village employees will not pick them up. Brush will be chipped on the 15th of each month consecutively until November 15, 2009. NO PARKING FROM 2AM TO 6AM ON CITY STREETS & PARKING LOTS DURING WINTER MONTHS. RECYCLING INFORMATION: Wednesday, October 21st was the final recycling day in the Village of Sheridan. The county has decided to stop having a pick-up at this location. The dates and locations that will be continuing are: Stanton: 1st Saturday of the Month - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - City Parking Lot Carson City: 2nd Wednesday of the Month - 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Garfield St. Crystal: 3rd Wednesday of the Month - 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Crystal Fire Hall Edmore: 3rd Saturday of the Month - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Dept. of Public Works Lakeview: 4th Wednesday of the Month - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - High School Parking Lot Howard City: 4th Saturday of the Month - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Fire Station/Village Offices. Recycle World has a permanent facility located at 8920 W. Sidney Rd., Greenville (corner of Sidney Rd. and M-91), open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There are flyers available in the Sheridan Village Office that contains important information about how recycling works.
